Perhaps most ironically, the size was what factored least into my decision. The real problem, by far, was the layout.

In fact, let me stop being so cryptic for a moment and show you the floorplan. See that corner where the deck is pictured? Imagine that with a very thin balcony instead of flush against the wall, with another window next to the staircase going up to the third floor.

It's a great little townhome, but the layout proved too awkward for my design instincts and current furniture. I could show you the plan for my current apartment as well, but I'd prefer that behind a lock, thanks.
