That first one is at the end of its run before switching protagonists, so the opinion polls are meant, at least partially, to ease that. The bound copy isn't the full run (the online edition features two additional arcs that haven't yet gone to press), but it's a good start.
I have a more comprehensive version on my Kindle that I synthesized for myself using wget and Calibre. I'm hoping Bard chooses to print editions of the later stories, though. There are many people to whom a dead tree edition would be desirable.
