Haha, yeah, I figured that it had to have a pretty tiny footprint if it was going to be 3 stories and fewer square feet. Garage didn't occur to me (the time I rented an apartment in a four-plex that came with half a garage below, it wasn't counted in the square footage; obviously it is for a "home" property).
